Are you registered with the Care Quality Commission?

Current legislation requires laser treatment clinics to come under the supervision of the local council. Aurora Laser Clinic has a full and current license to practice and this can be viewed here (PDF).

Can I drop in and talk to someone?

YES absolutely, but we suggest it may be more beneficial to phone us first so that we can ensure we have someone suitably qualified and competent to discuss your requirements with you.  Our opening times can be seen here or you may prefer to request your initial FREE consultation when we will discuss your requirements and your personal treatment plan with you in detail.

What if I change my mind in between sessions?

At your initial consultation we will discuss in detail with you your requirements and your personal treatment plan. This will ensure you are fully aware of the proposed treatment, how it will be carried out and any pre or post-treatment issues which may need to be considered.

There are, of course, situations which may arise which mean plans may need to be changed. In these circumstances we are always willing to accommodate your changed circumstances. Simply contact us to discuss this and we will endeavour to help you to the very best of our ability.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept cash and most major credit/debit cards.

Are you able to treat children?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer our services to children or minors under the age of 18.
