We are requesting all our clients to pay a minimum of £25 deposit, depending on the treatment, when booking their next appointment.

The deposit will be forfeited if less than 3 working days’ notice of cancellation is given prior to the appointment.

Pre-paid clients will lose one session if they do not give us the above notice.

Please note that we are closed on Sundays and Mondays and these days do not count as working days

We have been forced to adopt this policy because we wish to maintain our charges at a competitive rate. This we cannot do if bookings are cancelled or lost without proper notice.
